I have been such a slacker with the sickies lately. When I do manage to make a yummy meal, I never remember to take a pic until the meal is eaten, cleared and nearly forgotten. Though I generally don't like posting recipes without photos, I maybe should just so I don't feel so guilty. Maybe.
