Stuff about me~
1) I am allergic to onions. None of my recipes here contain onions, of course you are free to add them if you wish. I am also allergic to bananas, and many fruits and veggies, and berries. I do push my luck and nibble on some, but some are deadly allergies and make me sad.
2) I live on the coast of Florida, and hate hate hate sand and salt water. I (barely) tolerate them for my children.
3) I have serious ADHD and have already stepped away from this post 3 times. I have such a hard time sticking to one task for any length of time.
4) Cooking and Baking are stress relief for me. When we have a hurricane coming towards us, I cook and bake like mad. In the end, we may have no power, but we'll eat like kings! (I make stuff that I know will taste good cold in case we can't heat it)
5) I love art history. It was one of my most challenging classes in school, but also one of my most favorite.
6) I am addicted to tattoos
7) I hate massages. Seriously, the idea of paying a stranger to rub me disturbs me and makes me want to scream. I just can't comprehend it.

Yep, so there. I'm an oddball, but I like me!
